This is the first one-day mini-training experience, a meal-free fasting dojo.

 This is recommended for those who are not ready for full-scale training or who want to try a little experience first.

 Even though it's only for one day, you can experience a fulfilling temple life experience (number of participants is limited)

 9:15 Meeting

 9:30 Opening ceremony/orientation

 9:45 Gezagyou (cleaning the temple grounds and hall)

 11:00 Meditation instruction and practice (Asoku-kan, Baion-shoumyou, etc.)

 13:00 Sutra chanting instruction and practice (depending on Buddhist service)

 14:00 Pilgrimage Mantra Yoga (pilgrimage to the 88 temples in the hill behind the temple)

 15:00 Evening service (Keep reading Sutra many times  in the main hall)

 17:00 Survey

 17:30  Graduation ceremony and dismissal

 There will be a break between each program.

 You may adjust your participation depending on your physical condition.

 ★Things to bring

•  Writing implements
•  Sweatsuits, tracksuits, work clothes, etc.
•  Comfortable walking shoes (non-sandals)
•  About 2 towels
•  Water (plastic bottle or water bottle)

 25 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi from JR Sanda Station or Kobe Electric Railway Sanda Station

 20 minutes walk from Hon-Sanda Station on the Kobe Electric Railway

 If you come by car, please use the Henmyoin parking lot (maximum 5 cars).
