About the event
This is recommended for those who are not interested in training to become a full-fledged monk, but are interested in a trial training experience.
A two-day, one-night stay will give you a more fulfilling experience.
This is a mini-fast (no dinner or breakfast), so please drink plenty of fluids and monitor your physical condition to ensure a smooth experience.
We will provide guidance if you would like to receive it (the number of people is limited)
