Meditation

Would you like to meditate at a temple? There are various names for this, such as meditation, contemplation, zazen, and meditation, but you will experience a meditation method called Kanpo, which is used in Shingon Buddhism. There are various levels, such as regulating the breath, counting the breath, A-shu, moon wheel, and A-ji, etc. You can also experience Tibetan overtone meditation, Chakradhyana, a meditation method that uses voices to align the body's chakras (entrances and exits of chi), and simple mantra yoga. Participation fee: 1,500 yen
